Acceptable Use

1. Purpose of the Arena

Built In Public is a high-signal environment for real builders. This policy ensures the arena remains a productive, safe, and spam-free space for everyone.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following behavior:

• Spamming: Posting repetitive content, junk links, or automated messages in the Network Arena or Feed.
• Fake Hustle: Creating fake projects or "milestones" that have no underlying development or execution.
• Harassment: Bullying, hate speech, or targeted attacks against other builders.
• Exploitation: Attempting to "farm" Karma through botting, multiple accounts, or exploiting platform bugs.
• Malicious Actions: Uploading viruses, attempting to scrap private data, or DDOSing the platform.

3. Content Standards

All content posted (Project titles, Ideas, Network messages) must be professional and related to shipping, building, or entrepreneurship.

• No NSFW or adult-only content.
• No illegal activity or promotion of illegal goods.
• No plagiarized content or intellectual property theft.

4. Zero Tolerance for Spam

Because the Network Arena and Feed are live, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for spam. Accounts found automatedly posting will be nuked instantly without prior warning and all Karma forfeited.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove any content and ban any user that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates the spirit of the platform, even if the action is not explicitly listed here.
