Important Notice regarding Digital Goods
Due to the immediate access nature of digital virtual goods ("Karma") and Pro subscriptions on the Built In Public platform, we maintain a strict policy regarding refunds.

"Karma" tokens purchased on the platform are immediately credited to your account and can be used to interact with platform features instantly. Because of this immediate irrevocable transaction, **all sales of Karma are final and non-refundable.**
If you subscribe to a monthly or annual "Pro" recurring membership, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing cycle.
In the rare event of a technical error (e.g., being charged twice for a single transaction, or Karma not being credited due to system failure), we will issue a full refund or credit the missing Karma. Please contact support within 72 hours of the bug occurring.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your Built In Public account, including the forfeiture of any associated projects and teams.
