Day 1 of documenting OUR journey building Built in Public.

Here's what happened today:

WHAT WE BUILT: ✅ Fixed Network Feed (removed clutter, added edit/delete) ✅ Created "How It Works" page ✅ Changed karma system (100 → 1000 at signup)

WHY THE KARMA CHANGE: We realized we made a critical mistake. We gave you 100 karma at signup — enough for maybe 2 days of activity. You'd engage, run out, and stop.

Not because you didn't want to participate. Because we didn't give you enough runway.

Fixed that. Now you start with 1000 karma = 1-3 months of engagement.

THE HONEST NUMBERS: • 15 users signed up • 0 posts from the community • 0 comments or engagement • 30 visitors today • 1 new signup

THE REALITY: Building this platform was the easy part. Building the COMMUNITY is harder.

We have a ghost town problem. 15 people watching from the sidelines.

And we get it. New platforms are awkward. Nobody wants to be the first.

So here's what we're doing:
