Today I focused on simplifying the creation flow for MiniMax H3 Video.

The challenge is that MiniMax H3 supports several ways to create — text-to-video, image-to-video, and reference-based generation — but showing every option at once can make the product feel more complicated than it needs to be.

The direction I’m testing is:

Prompt → Add references if needed → Generate

Advanced controls can come later when creators actually need more precision.

The goal is to make the first generation easy while still supporting more controlled workflows for character consistency, product shots, camera movement, and synchronized audio.

I’m also improving how the landing page communicates the main value: creating high-quality AI videos with references and synced sound without requiring a complicated production workflow.
